Check the scopes required for each PlatformAPI operation.
App-generated keys include the four named scopes below; you can't choose scopes.

Spending scope
Every open_booster submission needs both accounts:command and accounts:spend, including stamina-only openings. A run_battles submission also needs accounts:spend if any task sets use_event_hourglass: true; battles without event hourglasses don't.
App-generated keys don't include
accounts:spend; extra scopes aren't self-serve. Contact support about access; regenerating a key won't add them.
