Build a workflow
Create, edit, save, or delete a workflow in the automation builder.
In My Automations, select New automation, or Open builder if you have no workflows yet. A new workflow is called New Automation. To change a saved workflow, open it and select Open in builder. A Marketplace automation can't be edited, but Duplicate & Edit saves a copy ending in (Copy) that you can change.
Fill in Workflow name, pick a trigger, and add blocks to the Flow section, then select Save. To run it, install it.
This browser keeps a draft of unsaved changes, so a reload usually restores them. Only Save stores them in your account.
To drop a restored draft, select Discard draft.
Edit an installed workflow
Pause its installs first, because the next run uses whatever steps are saved. After saving, resume each install so it picks up the current trigger.
Delete a workflow
Open the workflow from Saved workflows, select Remove, and confirm. This deletes it for good. Remove is hidden while the workflow is installed, so unlink it from every account first.
