Manage installs
Pause, resume, run, or unlink an automation on each account, and recover an install that stopped after repeated failures.
Installed workflows are under Installed automations in My Automations. Open one to see its Accounts panel, which has a row per account with the time of the Next trigger.
Control an install
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Pause / Resume | Stops or restarts scheduled runs on that account. |
| Run now | Starts one run and opens it. It won't start while the install is paused or a run is going. |
| Trash button | Unlinks the automation from that account. The workflow stays, and you can install it again. |
Pause all, Resume all, and Unlink all act on every account at once.
Recover from an automatic stop
When 3 runs started by the trigger fail in a row on one account, Pocket Station stops starting new runs for that install. Runs you start with Run now don't count, and neither do runs stopped by the daily budget or a plan limit. A completed run resets the count.
The row can still look active, but Run now won't start anything until you clear the stop:
Under Recent executions, select Failed, open the failed runs, and fix the cause. Automation runs explains what a run shows.
Select Pause on the account's row. The row then shows Auto-paused and the reason.
